ACI Learning Centers is dedicated to high quality ABA with a focus on verbal behavior and natural environment teaching. Out team of expert RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs take advantage of a child’s motivation to embed learning opportunities to teach functional language, play and social skills, as well as activities of daily living. Our team takes a functional approach to reducing and replacing problem behavior as well as generalizing teaching procedures and expectations to parents through our weekly parent training sessions.

Open Positions

ABA Therapist


  • Implementation of direct therapy using basic ABA principles
  • Modeling and demonstration of effective ABA skills for parents
  • Training new RBTs on direct implementation
  • Collect and record data during direct therapy sessions and graph student progress
  • Participate in team trainings


  • Applied Behavior Analysis experience and knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and other development delays is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working with children
  • Able to acquire RBT and Tricare credentials
  • Working towards or obtained Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field

Clinical Supervisor


  • Oversight of programming, behavior reduction plans, and parent training for your caseload of clients
  • Primary source of staff training, parent training, and programming oversight for each of the clients on your caseload
  • Provide daily supervision and oversight of programming implementation for all direct care therapists and monitor and train for high fidelity
  • Review data gathered during direct therapy sessions, analyze graphs created and updated by the team leaders, and monitor treatment progress through a behavior intervention plan
  • Assist the clinical director with writing and generating new behavior intervention plans that are to be submitted to the clinical team and the insurance provider for each client individually
  • Develop and write behavior reduction plans based on functional assessment results
  • Monitor the amount of supervisions for each client as compared to their authorization and ACI expectations as well as complete required documentation


  • MUST have BCBA or BCaBA Certification, or are within 6 months of sitting for exam
  • 3+ years relative experience in ABA
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Extensive understanding of verbal behavior and ABA
  • Ability to supervise others
  • Effective time management
  • Strong organization skills
